I am dedicated to selling Real Estate and educating the clients that I provide my servcies too.   Currently act as the Branch Manager/Managing Broker for my office and have been involved in both the Washington State Association of Realtors and local Whatcom County Association of Realtors serving as a State Director on the Board of Directors for five years.   Additionally, served on several committees through the WCAR including the Habitat for Humanity and Countywide Open House committees.

My passion lies in supporting our wonderful community!  Through Keller Williams I organize the annual Red Day event, which is a single day event that supports our community by helping an individual or group that needs assisstance through volunteer labor and donations.  Our past events have included pre-landscaping at the Hospice House, maintenance & projects at the Geneva Boys Scouts Cabin and general maintenance at a Vet's home in Deming.  I also help with our KW Cares program that assists Keller Williams Associates and their families that are in need with financial grants.

I am experienced in selling Condominiums and Residential properties, plus have knowledge in commerical, multi-family and investment properties.  My specialty niche is in HUD Homes, Short Sales, Bank Owned properties, Condominium sales and the Historic Fairhaven District, which I am consider to be the Neighborhood Specialist.   Condominiums continue to be a very popular investment for easy low maintenance living in our beautiful Pacific Northwest corner of the United States.
